At Om Tiles, we maintain strict quality checks before dispatching any order.

No Refund / No Return Policy

We currently do not offer refunds or returns once an order is shipped, as tiles are custom-packed and heavy logistics make return handling unfeasible.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in cases of:

• Damaged or incorrect items received (reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos).

• Non-availability of stock after payment.
